Well baseball is almost over football is here and school is starting. Summer is almost gone and the fall weather is fast approaching. This is the time where you should start thinking about getting your house or apartment ready for winter or for moving. I know it is still 90 degrees outside, but you should start developing a game plan. Do you have air filtering in under your doors. Is your windows insulated properly. Can you find the cover for your outside faucets to prevent freezing. While you are walking around your home start a list of the things to do before winter arrives. This will help if you are planning on moving or putting your home on the market. Purchase the necessary items to fix and repair all your items on the list and get started. As the old saying goes Proper Planning Prevents Poor Performance and by properly planning your repairs you can save yourself headaches, time, and money come winter time.
